6th green behindHole 6

Another tight fairway awaits the player at this straight, uphill hole. Not overly long but the rise in elevation often means one more club is needed when approaching the green. A lone gum tree to the right hand side of the fairway means any drive drifting to the right, particularly with a right hand pin placement, will be blocked off. A very shallow green, measuring as little as 12 or 14 paces from front to back in some places makes choosing the right club a must from the fairway. Any flag on the right hand side behind the bunker must be respected. A par from that bunker is unlikely. A birdie chance if the second shot is executed perfectly but four will be difficult if it isn’t.
